Children's book about the eels journey
Eeli, a brave eel, sets off on a great journey – a journey that lasts a lifetime and even spans generations. Eeli’s story sounds unbelievable, but it’s true: every year, thousands of brave eels set off on the same long journey. But in our rivers, their journey is becoming increasingly difficult. The children's book, written by Tobias Wechsler (WSL & INRAE) and illustrated by Leila Schuh (WSL & Eawag), was created as part of the two ETH initiatives SPEED2ZERO and Engage, with contributions from numerous experts.
