Closing the gap between light-duty vehicle real-world CO2 emissions and laboratory testing

Recommendations: complement laboratory-based tests by a procedure to monitor CO2 emissions under actual driving conditions, enhance policy coordination and enforcement at EU level, strengthen oversight by public authorities across the EU and ensure full transparency of the whole process.
