The goal of this workshop is to raise the awareness of the benefits that gender diversity, equality and inclusion bring for scientific advancement and research culture.

This workshop will address the challenges, the statistics and the initiatives aimed at improving gender equality in the Swiss (Geo)science community.

Geoscientists of all genders, backgrounds and levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. Only with inclusion and understanding from everyone can we guide our community to true diversity and better science.
