ERA-CLIM2 is a four-year research project funded by the European Union’s Seventh Framework Programme. It started on 1 January 2014 and it aims to produce coupled reanalyses. A reanalysis is a physically consistent dataset describing the evolution of the global atmosphere, ocean, land surface, cryosphere and carbon cycle.
