We scientists shape science

At the science congress «We Scientists Shape Science» 2017 in Bern over 200 researchers of all career stages and key players in the Swiss science landscape sketched the challenges in research culture and decided upon first steps towards improving science. The conclusions form the basis for several activities shaping research culture by the Swiss Academy of Sciences.
