GCOS Roundtable


The Swiss GCOS Office at the Federal Office of Meteorology and Climatology invites to the next national Roundtable of the Global Climate Observing System (GCOS). It will take place on 25 January 2018, Hotel Bern in Bern.

The morning session will address “Long time series - quality assurance and control” as one of the key priorities according to the GCOS Switzerland Strategy 2017-2026, with the aim to trigger a discussion across the atmospheric and terrestrial domains. The afternoon session will deal with the implementation of the Strategy, including the announcement of a call for proposals in the framework of GCOS Switzerland.
