SFC Young Scientist Awards 2020

The winners of the Young Scientist Awards 2020 are Laura Salvioni and Elena Zuccarella.

At the AGM, the two winners were presented with the SFC Young Scientist Awards 2020 in recognition of their Master's theses at ETH Zurich. Laura Salvioni dealt with "Iron binding capacity of polyphenols from different food sources". Elena Zuccarella wrote her thesis on "Effect of extrusion on cereal β-glucan in vegetarian meat analogue models".
