With this series the SPS informs regularly about current research activities at Swiss institutions. The purpose is to show in a short but comprehensive way the broad diversity and the high level of research work performed at the cutting edge of science and technologies. The main goal, however, is to fascinate young students for the questions raised by modern physics, which hopefully will attract them to science.
