The Swiss Academy of Sciences (SCNAT) is awarding the Prix Schläfli 2021 to the four most important insights of young researchers at Swiss universities.

Prix Schlaefli award winner Fabian Mahrt has investigated the conditions under which carbon black (soot) forms ice particles at the ETH Zurich. He first had to build the apparatus for the innovative experiments.

Fabian Mahrt will present his research in the session 17 (20.11.2021) from 14:30-14:45: "Phase behaviour of mixtures of primary and secondary organic aerosol material".
