Days after the judgment in KlimaSeniorinnen v. Switzerland was announced, we held a conference in Zurich on climate damage before national and international courts. The contributions to this conference are now available in an anthology. To launch the volume, Prof. Andreas Müller will provide a critical evaluation under the title "The Future of Climate Litigation".
