SCNAT and its network are committed to a sustainable science and society. They support policy-making, administration and business with expert knowledge and actively participate in public discourse. They strengthen the exchange across scientific disciplines and promote early career academics.

European Sustainable Development Week (ESDW)

The ESDW is a European-wide initiative to stimulate and make visible activities, projects and events that promote sustainable development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

EDSW

The ESDW will act as an umbrella for existing national sustainable development weeks in France, Germany, Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic and will trigger new initiatives, activities and events in EU Member States and other European countries e.g. Switzerland. To encourage inclusiveness and diversity, the registration for organizers is open to all forms of government agencies, research centres, educational institutions, museums, foundations, community organizations, associations, businesses and NGOs, as well as individual citizens, etc.
