Reflective steps to unbundle decolonization - answering difficult questions

Time

10:00 - 12:00

Online Workshop Series 2023

Bridging

By: Preety Sharma (GroundUp Conservation)

The interactive workshop will get every participant to introspect on their work with IPLCs in a non-judgmental space. We will facilitate a process to reflect on challenges, enquiries and limitations of researchers and practitioners. We will also dwell further into cultivating an empathetic and radical listening ear to hear the voices of IPLCs. We navigate the participants to draw the axiological framework to design their set of values, unbundle the complexities and personal ethos to cater to the larger goal of decolonization, and while doing so, set the stage to work more intuitively with IPLCs.
