Each year, the Swiss Academy of Sciences (SCNAT) grants the “Prix Expo” to a current exhibition, which capably and innovatively conveys natural scientific content. The award is endowed with 10’000 Swiss Francs. The jury SELECT_ing the winner consists of members from the fields of science, art and education.

In addition to the regular award, the jury may GRANT_a special award to an institution for its exceptional commitment and outstanding high-quality performance over a longer period of time.
The SCNAT provides an important contribution with the Prix Expo towards the promotion of experience-oriented exhibitions for all ages that mediate the fascination of scientific research.
